I'm Shannon Dodge, a licensed architect based in Erie, Colorado, serving clients along the Front Range, in Maryland and across the U.S. I've been practicing architecture for nearly thirty years and have owned SCD Architecture for over seventeen of them, working on everything from new commercial buildings, tenant improvements and changes of occupancy to residential communities, custom homes, additions and remodels.
SCD Architecture is a one-woman firm, and small is mighty. You work directly with me from our first conversation through design, code work and permit drawings, with no hand-offs along the way. I do the thorough work up front, developing the details and working through the hard questions on paper, where changes are easiest to make. Over the years, my drawings have earned a reputation with reviewers and contractors for being clear, complete and easy to build from. When a question does come up, I respond quickly to keep your project moving.
