Feasibility studies: Before you sign a lease or buy a property, I can take an early look at what the building or site could support, what code issues might come up, and what it could possibly take to make your plans work.

Code review and consultation: I work through the code early, so there may be fewer surprises later, for you and for the plans reviewer.

Design: Schematic design and design development for new buildings, tenant improvements, changes of occupancy, additions and renovations. I like to explore as many options as we can early on, so you can move forward with confidence.

Permit drawings: Clear, complete, buildable drawings, coordinated with your structural, energy and other consultants and ready for plan review.

Construction phase services: When your contractor or the jurisdiction has a question, I aim to respond quickly to help keep your project moving.
