Dani West Bridal

When the owners of Dani West Bridal began looking for a home for their boutique, their first choice was an existing building that seemed promising. As we looked at it together, it became clear that its accessibility and parking would not serve their customers well. Soon after, they found an empty, unimproved tenant space in a new building that was a great fit.

I laid out the 3,600-square-foot boutique from a bare shell. A welcoming reception area opens to the sales floor and four private bridal suites, each with its own fitting room, so every appointment feels personal and unhurried. Behind the scenes, I planned an alterations room, office, inventory and receiving area, breakroom and restrooms.

Helping a small business find the right space before it signs a lease is often where I can make the biggest difference.
