Mulnix Animal Clinic

Mulnix Animal Clinic had outgrown its home. With business thriving, the clinic, part of a national veterinary group, expanded into two vacant neighboring tenant spaces, a former fitness center and a former insurance office, roughly tripling its size to about 5,600 square feet.

We planned the work in two phases so the clinic could keep caring for patients during construction. I designed the new spaces to be built first, with the original clinic renovated and opened into the expansion once the team moved in. Working closely with the group's team, the clinic's doctors and the equipment suppliers, we laid out nine exam rooms, a waiting room, exam room and treatment room just for cats, two surgery suites, dental, X-ray and hospitalization, plus room for the staff.

I love veterinary clinic design work and this clinic is one of several I have had the pleasure of working on over the years.
