Old Town Garage & ADU

When these homeowners bought a house in the heart of a historic old town, they saw its long-term potential right away. With renters living in the existing home, they decided to begin with new construction elsewhere on the lot.

I designed the first phase as a new detached building: a three-car garage with an 800-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath accessory dwelling unit above. A covered deck off the living space overlooks the town. I designed the ADU with the future remodel of the main house in mind, so the two can work together as one cohesive property.

These clients came to me through a referral from previous clients, and I'm grateful for the trust that comes with a personal recommendation.
