Parkside Home Transformation

Set on a lot facing a large community park, this home began as a modular house with a wonderful location and plenty of potential. The homeowners wanted a large three-car garage, a rooftop deck with a front-row view of the summer concerts in the park, and an expanded front porch. Their long-term vision also included a whole-house remodel, a rear addition, a finished basement and an accessory building.

Together we developed a plan that lets the work happen in phases, each one fitting the homeowners' timeline and goals. I designed the garage and rooftop deck first, followed by the new front porch, while a new roofline, siding and stone gave the exterior an entirely new character. The basement finish is underway, the accessory building is in planning, and each phase is designed with the next one in mind.

Working alongside these homeowners through each phase has been a true pleasure, and I look forward to the next chapter.
