Stone Home & Pool Pavilion

For this new home in Maryland, we designed the house and pool house together, so the main living spaces and the outdoor rooms were planned as one. Stone walls, slate roofs, tall chimneys and crisp white trim give the house a timeless character, while an arched loggia and a curved two-story bay with a balcony above add depth and grace to the façade.

Behind the house, the pool house carries everyday living outdoors. Its covered loggia, framed by white columns beneath a stained wood ceiling, holds an outdoor kitchen and a stone fireplace, with French doors opening toward the pool. Together, the home and pool house create a setting suited to quiet family days and entertaining alike.
