Waterfront Renovation & Addition

The owners of this waterfront home loved their setting, but the house wasn't making the most of it. They wanted a home built around life on the water, with more room to gather and plenty of places to enjoy the view.

We reimagined the house from top to bottom, with a whole-house remodel and a sizeable addition: a new foyer, a game room and a great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and tall windows facing the water. From the second floor, a new overlook looks down into the great room. Outside, porches open the home to the water: a screened porch, a covered porch off the primary bedroom and an expansive deck off the great room. A welcoming new porch greets guests on the street side, and new siding and a stone base tie the old and new together.
